Our Sherlock scent is inspired by the character brought to life in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in his classic series – The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes – written in the late 1800’s. It is a warm tobacco based scent blended with toasted caramel, black pepper, moist dirt, and finished with a touch of leather, moss, mandarin, honey and rose.

4oz of tallow based soap in a sturdy plastic tubs. Tubs are half full to allow for space to load your brush without making a mess.

Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Aloe Vera Juice, Beef Tallow, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Glycerin, Fragrance, Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Silk Powder

This shaving soap is my go to

I’ve been using Chiseled Face products for over 3 years. It’s difficult to say I have one favorite, but Sherlock is my go to for a regular day. It’s aromatic but not overwhelming; a great earthy scent with hints of leather and tobacco exactly as described. The soap itself lathers up nicely. Simply stated: I love it.

I have tried a few different brands of shaving soaps and shaving creams, and will say that for a shaving soap, these really do lather quite well and I was very happily surprised. The scent is fantastic, the soap is high quality, and I am looking forward to purchasing more products from Chiseled Face.

Awesome masculine scent. Great performance

This soap is easy to lather. It explodes with great lather and the scent is the best. Its unique, it masculine. Its such a great change from the overpriced foo foo colognes you get at the mall. Plus we get to support a real artisan. The Santa Paula is great too.
and of course you will want the Sherlock aftershave. Its great stuff at a great price.

Amazing shave soap

I’ve used other brands but none compare to Chiseled Face. This soap lathers thick and easy. The razor glides on your face. The scent is truly amazing!! I will never, ever, EVER buy from another company as long as Chiseled Face is in business!!

My brother loves your shaving soap! As a nice surprise he purchased one for me. I like it very much and would recommend it to anyone who uses a brush to shave. Excellent product.
