Shaving Soap Samples

This was my first experience with CF soap and really liked it so far. Only have gotten through 2 of the samples and have enjoyed both scents (Ghost Town Barber/Cedar & Spice. These soaps is very thirsty so don’t be afraid to add the water to your lather. Looking forward to try out the remainder of the sample packs.

I wanted to try out some of Chiseled Face’s soap and purchased a sample set. I was impressed by the lather slickness and how easy it was to create a lather. If you are looking to determine which soaps to purchase in a larger tub, then this sample set is a great place to start.

Got all 10 scents/fragrances. Went around the room with my Wife, and 2 daughters. Hell, I even took several of these little containers to work - asked ladies of the office and men... None of us really liked any of the scents at all. I was surprised, because I was recommended to try them from several Reddit posts. Of all the scents in this pack -- the only 2 -- yes 2 I can tolerate are: Ghost Town Barber, and Cryogen. When I say "tolerate" I mean -- I don't love the scent, but would use it if I ran out of my other favorite brand of shaving soap maker - but I'm sure if I mention who/what brand that is -- this review won't make it on the site... :( But it rhymes with Burlington Coat Factory... If you are a fan of Bay Rum -- that one is on point, but I can't stand Bay rum ---- there are other shave soap makers out there that give you "CHOICE" on which scents you want in your sample pack... Might be an idea? The soap itself DOES work, and makes a gorgeous lather, but that's all I like about it. These are going straight to the donation table at work. Lastly, why even include the 'Pine Tar' scent,(?), -- its an absolute nasty, offensive, assault on the nose. As soon as I took a whiff, I wanted to punch someone in the face... like I got punked/pranked or something... I like the name of your company, I like the website design, and I really wanted to like the scents in the sampler but, I'm sorry. Can't say much else about them, except maybe let the customers "choose" which scents they want to sample. Other save soap makers do this. No hard feelings - all the best to your company.

These were great gift ideas. I kept the ghost town barber and the tradewinds for myself but I was able to throw a few in gift bags. I haven’t used either yet but will follow up when I do

Very good smell, just a little bit of a lot of lubrication from the dense foam, I will always buy.
