NPR was a large part of my childhood, and one of my favorite memories is listening to the prairie home companion and the adventures of Guy Noir. I have a feeling that this is the scent he would wear.

Top Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Orange

Mid Notes: Cognac, Nutmeg, Crushed Tobacco Leaves
Base Notes: White Woods

A perfect match

Today was the first time using this scent. I had just finished shaving with the Guy Noir soap and felt a little aftershave was in order. This aftershave compliments the Guy Noir soap well. It starts of sweet then moves quickly to wonderful, sweet cognac. I thought that would be the only aroma but soon the tobacco (think high-quality pipe tobacco) and a little cedar came through. As I type this, I em enjoying these three subtle scents quite a bit. Another hit from Chiseled Face.

Amazing Aroma

While ordering, I saw Guy Noir, and from the description, I thought I’d try it. Right now Midnight Stag and Guy Noir are my go-to fragrances for shaving soap and aftershave.

Guy noir is a great smell

Great scent

Guy noir is an aftershave that I can use every other day and always look forward to it, unlike many scents out there. It is really fantastic. I agree with some others that the tobacco comes through more when applied to the skin, which might be a slight downside for me. Everybody must try… I dont think I’ve had anybody yet that didnt like it. Besides the scent, which my wife likes as well, the aftershave has a good feel to it.
