Natural scent – no additional scent added, but you still get the light scent of willow bark, seaweed, and aloe. Preshave gel is a great prep for a great shave. It prepares the beard for a close shave by hydrating the hair and skin and providing additional slickness to your soap or cream. It is especially helpful for a shaves when you don’t have the time to shower or use a hot towel as preparation. Works well for touch ups as well – after your second or third pass just dab a bit of gel on the spots where you still have a bit of stubble and you can shave it off without reapplying lather. Since this is not oil based, it will never gunk up your brush and can even be used by those who prefer electric razors (heresy, I know, but you know who you are).
