This one is masculine. Like really, really masculine. Like a ā€œtake an old, beat up leather jacket, drape it over a couple of tires to make a table and clean your guns on itā€ kind of masculine. Dark, unrefined, and totally unresistible, this is a scent for those who donā€™t mind sticking out. Those who forge the paths. Those who are proud to be a man.

Scent is made of the following notes: Russian Leather, Motor Oil, Hoppes #9, Birch Tar, Oakmoss, Gasoline, Smoke, Cedar, Cade, Bergamot, Vanilla

Natural extracts and essential oils were used where possible, but some notes ā€“ such as Hoppes #9 and rubber are synthetic due to the nature of the scent.

4oz of tallow based soap in a plastic tub (4" diameter and 2" tall).

Ingredients: Ā Stearic Acid, Aloe Vera Juice, Potassium Hydroxide, Beef Tallow, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Glycerin, Fragrance, Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Silk Powder

hits you over the head like a sledgehammer wrapped in a gasoline-soaked rag-which is a good thing! one of the most unusual scents Iā€™ve come across in a long while. highly recommended in youā€™re into that kind of thing.

Love this companies shave soap

Ghost town barber is my go toā€¦nothing comes close to that as far as shaving soaps go. This particular one is a unique scent and I like the variety in my line up. Not my favorite but pretty darn good

Midnight Stag

Picked up the Midnight Stag aftershave. Love the way it smells. I definitely pick up on a little Hoppes No. 9; and I dig it. The smell takes me back to when I was a young boy sitting in my father's office.

How a Man Should Smell

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this stuff. This shave soap is great. For a soap, it has a thick lather unlike most shave soaps I've used over the last 40 years. For the scent, I love it. When asked, Mama (wife) said "that's what a man should smell like". That's the best endorsement one can expect. If you don't like the smell, it might be time to turn in your man card, lol!!

The art of Manliness!

I absolutely love the smell of this shaving soap! John Wayne Grit combined with Clint Eastwood macho and a tool time Tim Ah Ah Ah! This soap reminds me of the smell when you walk into Harbor Freight. Pure hard working sense of Manliness! One of my favorites! Yes it smells like gas, leather and smoke! Just like it says on the package. If you dont like this smell then you are a wimp! LOL
