We are excited to announce our first all natural scent – made up entirely of essential oils. Warm, woody, and reassuring with a lime and spice kick to keep things from getting boring; we are really happy how this one turned out – it may well be my new favorite!
The entire list of essential oils is as follows: Cedar, Guaiacwood, Haitian Vetiver, Patchouli, Black Pepper, Juniper Berries, Lime, Clove, and Ginger.

Preshave Gel - Natural

Natural scent – no additional scent added, but you still get the light scent of willow bark, seaweed, and aloe.
Preshave gel is a great prep for a great shave. It prepares the beard for a close shave by hydrating the hair and skin and providing additional slickness to your soap or cream. It is especially helpful for a shaves when you don’t have the time to shower or use a hot towel as preparation. Works well for touch ups as well – after your second or third pass just dab a bit of gel on the spots where you still have a bit of stubble and you can shave it off without reapplying lather.
Since this is not oil based, it will never gunk up your brush and can even be used by those who prefer electric razors (heresy, I know, but you know who you are).
Suggested Use: Before shaving, apply a nickel sized dab of gel onto hands and smooth onto area to be shaved. Apply lather and shave.

Bath Soap - Cryogen - High Menthol

Cryogen, the cold, ultra mentholated option in men’s grooming. While this does have a high level of menthol, be aware that it will not fell as cold as the shaving version. Menthol takes a while to take effect, and unless you are showering for a very long time without rinsing off, this will only have time to provide a mild chill.

Bay Rum – Shaving Soap

We've wanted to do a bay rum for years, but it took a while to get things the way we want.
This is a tropical bay rum - quite different than most bay rums on the market today - this one actually has a bit of a rum kick to it and is spiced up with ginger and lime to give it a lighter more tropical feel.
Contains the following notes:
Jamaican Rum - this accord is a blend of natural and artificial scent oils, and smells a lot like a traditional oak-aged spiced rum.
Bay leaves - not the ones from Mom's kitchen! This is 100% essential oils from the traditional west indie's bay leaf pimenta racemosa
Bergamot - Essential to a tropical bay rum scent, this gives a nice citrus kick that isn't too sweet. Bergamot is probably best known for giving earl grey tea it's distinctive flavour.
Lime - Gives a fresh kick to an otherwise somewhat dark scent
Clove - Every bay rum needs a bit of clove, though this one is understated and blends in rather than taking centre stage like clove will tend to if not reigned in.
Cinnamon - A bit of warm spice
Ginger - This kinda sets this apart from most bay rums. Initially, you get a nice strong hit of ginger which quickly mellows out to a more traditional dry down.
Black pepper - This grounds the scent nicely giving it a bunch more refinement.
Vanilla - for a nice mellow smoothness - it really ties things together.

Ghost Town Barber Liquid Soap

We got many requests and did a lot of research. Finally, Chiseled Face liquid soap is here. Perfect for bath, body, beard, and hair: this is a natural soap product - not unlike Dr Bronner's style of soap. If you are familiar with natural liquid soaps you know what to expect (except ours is better of course 😃), if not, be aware that this is not a body wash.
Body wash is a detergent, not a soap. As such while our product will leave you feeling clean and smelling fantastic, it will not create the mountains of lather that a detergent will, or the slick slimy feel while applying that is provided by wetting agents in commercial body washes. This is just a pure soap that we handmake with natural ingredients, then scent with the scents that you know and love.

Santa Paula, CA is a beautiful little town, known as the Citrus Capital of the World. Several years ago, I spent a couple months there and fell in love with the orchards that stretched in all directions. This is my ode to them. Light and perfect for every occasion, I hope you enjoy Santa Paula as much as I do.
An all natural blend of Petitgrain, Siberian Fir, Bitter Orange, Clary Sage, Litsea Cubeba, Siam Wood, and Cedar. This one is light and airy, a much needed scent in the Chiseled Face line up.
