A cologne - well technically an Eau de Parfum as it's scented to 20% concentration - to match our line of "Loyal" products. I created this scent after thinking about all my dad has done for me, and reflecting on memories I made with my grandfathers. This scent is inspired by them, and the name is the first word I think of when I think of them - loyal. No parent can hope to be perfect - but if you are loyal to your children and have their best interests in your heart - you are nothing short of amazing!This is not a work of fine perfume, but rather a time capsule to the memory of great, hard-working, blue-collar men. My dad and his dad owned a paving company while I was growing up, and my other grandfather was an apple farmer and they all did their level best to provide everything they could to make help their families thrive - I owe them so much.Loyal is comprised of the following scent notes: Cedar, Classic Old Spice, Musk, Leather, Coffee, Caramel, Amber, Vanilla, Soil, Petrichor, and the faintest hint of car fumes. 1.7oz / 50ml bottle. We tested ingredient after ingredient racking up fifty-six test batches before we settled on this one. The main secret is a massive amount of silk hydrolysate which is a very conditioning, natural, film-forming agent which is used in a lot of anti-aging creams (anti-aging statement not evaluated by the FDA, Yaya, yadda, etc). Some of my testers reported feeling a skin tightening sensation - be aware that this is the film left by the silk hydrolysate.
