Cryogen, the cold, ultra mentholated option in menâs grooming. Â While this does have a high level of menthol, be aware that it will not fell as cold as the shaving version. Â Menthol takes a while to take effect, and unless you are showering for a very long time without rinsing off, this will only have time to provide a mild chill.

I have been looking for the coldest mentholated sha e soap and splash I could find. Something to beat the Texas heat and be refreshing. My search is over. I love how my eyes water and my nose runs once I am done shaving and applying the balm and or splash. I bought the body soap too! Chiseled Face has the best balms I have used. Skinfeel after use is incredible!
I enjoy the feeling and smell of mentholated products, so I decided to try this. From the description, I was worried it would be too much. It nearly was the first time I used it, but I think my reaction on first use was partially shock from never having felt something quite like it before. Subsequent uses proved to be much more enjoyable! I have and use all 4 cryogen products, and feel the same way about all of them. A note on the bar soap. If used on your "nether" regions, it is a bit shocking if you leave it unrinsed for too long. If you're the type that lathers up, then shampoos and/or shaves before rinsing off, you may want to consider an immediate rinse of those areas before continuing with your routine.
I've been happy with all the soaps I've bought here, but this one is unique and the mentholated effect is intense.
This highly mentholated soap will definitely get your attention during the hot summer months. Cool and refreshing tingle.
