NPR was a large part of my childhood, and one of my favorite memories is listening to prairie home companion and the adventures of Guy Noir. I have a feeling that this is the scent he would wear.
Top Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Orange
Mid Notes: Cognac, Nutmeg, Crushed Tobacco Leaves
Base Notes: White Woods
4oz of tallow based soap in large plastic tub. Plenty of room to load your brush without losing too much lather over the sides.
Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Aloe Vera Juice, Potassium Hydroxide, Beef Tallow, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Glycerin, Fragrance, Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Silk Powder

To my nose it reminds kind of like a cedar chest, but not so sharp, even though there is no cedar in it. It has a warm woody mildly spicey mellow kind of scent. Hard to describe. Maybe even kind of vanilla like. Id also say its kind of like a really mellow version of Sherlock without the moist earth. Lets just say I like it enough to immediately want the matching AS. Really lathers well too.
This is going to be my new go-to shave cream. The scent is wonderful
Another great soap from Chiseled Face. It has an interesting combination of scents that fit the description and it lathers great, even in hard water.
I started out buying samples and was very pleased with all the scents I tried. Read the description on Guy Noir and based on reviews I decided to gamble and buy the full size tub without sampling. I was very impressed! This is now my new favorite! I smell hints of leather and tobacco like scents. All right at the perfect levels to be subtle and not smell too loud. Very manly smelling and pairs great with a particular body wash I use with a similar profile. Great company with great products.
Love the soap performance and the scent. It also helped my ability to make deductions and solve crimes, but your milage may vary.
