It’s been two years since we made our last original scent - so this scent is long overdue, and I'm excited to bring it to you!
With father’s day coming up, I’ve been thinking about all my dad has done for me, and reflecting on memories I made with my grandparents. This scent is inspired by them, and the name is the first word I think of when I think of them - loyal. No parent can hope to be perfect - but if you are loyal to your children and have their best interests in your heart - you are nothing short of amazing!
This is not a work of fine perfume, but rather a time capsule to the memory of great, hard-working, blue-collar men. My dad and his dad owned a paving company while I was growing up, and my other grandfather was an apple farmer and did their level best to provide everything they could to make help their families thrive - I owe them so much.
Loyal is comprised of the following scent notes: Cedar, Classic Old Spice, Musk, Leather, Coffee, Caramel, Amber, Vanilla, Soil, Petrichor, and the faintest hint of car fumes.
Ingredients: Alcohol, Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera Juice, Fragrance, Calendula, Sodium Lactate, Menthol, Vitamin B5 Pro, Astaxanthin
I was expecting something that would lean heavier into the old spice fragrance. This is very strong in the "car fumes" area. This smells exactly like my grandfathers old tool shed, which while I appreciate the nostalgia it's not what me or my grandfather wanted to smell like. Great company, and I will continue to buy the other scents I've come to love but this one is a hard no.
like the fragrance smells clean
I am enjoying my products. Personally the products take me back to a time in America that’s very special for me. The scents remind me of early rising, hard work and loyalty. Hey, you asked! LOL
It’s kind of fun to smell this and picture a shop. It’s pretty dead on, but in the end I found it more interesting than good. To me, the Old Spice and car fumes stand out the most.
I recent made my first purchase of Loyal and was pleasantly surprised. The smell is like a trip back to better times. It reminds me of my Dad and an era where men were men and wanted to smell that way.
